How to screen record on iPhone? Full method

 

To record the screen on an iPhone, you can follow these simple steps:

*Enable Screen Recording in Control Center:


Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.

Scroll down and tap on “Control Center”.

Under "More Controls," find "Screen Recording" and tap the green plus (+) button next to it. This will add screen recording button to your control center.

Access Control Center:

* iPhone X or later > Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to open Control Center.

iPhone 8 or earlier: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access Control Center.

And start screen recording:

In Control Center, you'll see the "Screen Recording" button, which looks like a circle inside another circle. And

Tap the "Screen Recording" button to start recording. A three-second countdown will begin, indicating that screen recording is about to begin

Record your screen:

Once the recording starts, the status bar at the top of your iPhone will turn red, indicating that the screen is being recorded.

You can now navigate to the app or screen you want to record. Everything you do on your screen will be captured in the recording.

Turn off screen recording:

To stop recording, either tap the red recording indicator in the status bar or open Control Center again and tap the "Screen Recording" button (it will now look like a filled-in circle).

A prompt will appear asking if you want to stop recording. Tap "Stop" to confirm.

Access the recording:

After stopping the recording, you can find the video in the Photos app on your iPhone. It will be saved as a regular video file and you can edit, share or keep it for future reference. Note that when you screen record, the recording will capture any audio coming from your device. If you want to record external audio, such as your voice, you'll need to enable the microphone in Control Center's screen recording options (long press the screen recording button or 3D Touch to access these options before you start recording).
